1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Canoe Play Club website and its associated games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms govern your participation in our social casino, whether as a Guest or a Premium Club Member.

2. Age Requirements

Participation in the Canoe Play Club is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We enforce strict age verification for all residents. By creating an account or playing our games, you legally certify that you meet this minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated.

3. Explicit Monetization Model

Canoe Play Club operates on a transparent subscription model. The platform is free to access, but we offer a Premium Boathouse Membership. This monthly subscription grants users an ad-free interface, exclusive cosmetic avatars, and an increased daily allowance of our virtual currency. The subscription fee is a payment for these digital services and entertainment enhancements, not a deposit for gambling purposes.

4. Virtual Currency (River Tokens)

The sole currency used within the Canoe Play Club is "River Tokens" (RVT). River Tokens are strictly fictional digital entities designed solely for tracking gameplay progression and participating in simulated casino mechanics like Riverbed Riches and Compass Spin. They have zero fiat value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any real-world benefit.

5. No Real Money Wagering

This is an unequivocal statement: Canoe Play Club is a social casino. We strictly ban real-money wagering. There are no mechanisms to deposit cash for betting, nor are there any avenues to withdraw winnings. All gameplay is for entertainment purposes only. Purchasing a Premium Subscription does not alter the mathematical odds of the simulated games.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Canoe Play Club at our discretion. Conditions for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, attempting to hack or exploit game mechanics, harassment of other members, or attempting to sell/trade River Tokens for real money outside the platform.

7. Subscription Cancellation

We believe in frictionless administration. Premium Club Members may cancel their monthly billing at any time through their account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain VIP benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to Guest status. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

8. Liability & Jurisdiction

Canoe Play Club Entertainment Ltd. provides this platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for temporary server downtimes or loss of virtual currency due to technical errors. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal resolution or dispute shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of BC courts.
